Copy your code from Your Embed Code in the Clvrly portal, then follow these steps. It takes about five minutes.
- In your Wix dashboard, open Settings and choose Custom Code (in the Advanced or Development & integrations section).
- Click + Add Custom Code and paste your Clvrly code into the box.
- Give it a name such as Clvrly, set Add code to pages to All pages and choose Load code on each new page.
- Set Place code in to Head, then click Apply.
- Open your live site to see the assistant. If you have unpublished changes, Publish first.
Check your live domain, not Preview mode in the Wix editor. Custom code doesn't run in Preview.

Which Wix plans does Clvrly work with?
Wix only allows custom code on sites with a premium plan and a connected domain. If you don't see Custom Code in your settings, that's usually why.
Can I show the assistant on some pages only?
Yes. When adding the code, choose Choose specific pages instead of All pages. Most sites are better off with All pages, so visitors can ask a question wherever they are.
Does it work with Wix Stores and Wix Bookings?
Yes. Clvrly reads your published pages, including product and service pages, and answers questions about them.
Does it work with Wix Studio?
Yes. Wix Studio sites use the same Custom Code settings, so the steps are the same.
Do I need to know any code?
No. You copy one line from your Clvrly portal and paste it into one box in Wix. You don't need to understand or change it.
Where do I find my Clvrly code?
Sign in to your Clvrly portal and open Your Embed Code. Copy the whole line exactly as shown.
Will it slow down my site?
No. The script loads with defer, so it never holds up your page, and the assistant appears once the page is ready.
How do I change how the assistant looks?
Colours, position, welcome message and mobile visibility are all set in your Clvrly portal. Changes appear on your site automatically, without touching Wix again.
The assistant isn't showing. What should I check?
Make sure the domain you're viewing is added in your Clvrly portal, that you saved (and published, if needed) in Wix, and that you're looking at the live site rather than a preview. Still stuck? Email [email protected].
